Self-serve ATS onboarding across three staffing platforms
Every new applicant tracking system integration was a bespoke engineering project. We built the onboarding, sync, and alerting layer that turned it into a form the customer fills in themselves.
Telecoms / Connectivity
Provider integrations and operational hardening on an eSIM platform
One Elixir monolith serving a dashboard, a public API, a marketing site, and every background job behind eSIM fulfilment — with carrier webhooks that cannot be allowed to drop.
Construction tech / IoT
From a Rails monolith to Elixir services running 1000+ camera workers
A six-year engagement that moved a Ruby estate onto Phoenix microservices, separated camera logic from business logic, and put embedded Elixir on the hardware at the edge.
